LATEST NEWS: A. C. Lloyd has just concluded a contract with Pure Offices to sell just under 1 acre of land, and agreed to construct 20,000 sq ft of serviced offices on three floors at their successful Tachbrook Park development just south of Leamington Spa town centre.

Nick Smith, Managing Director of Pure Offices said, ‘This site represents an excellent opportunity for us to bring our new serviced office concept to Leamington Spa/Warwick with an opening planned for Winter 2009’.

Gordon Nicholls, Managing Director of A C Lloyd said, ‘we are delighted to welcome Pure Offices to our Tachbrook Park development. We believe that the starter units offered by this development will compliment the existing business park particularly well, and enhance the success of this well established estate’.

Construction commenced in November 2008 and is due for completion in October 2009.

North Rae Sanders of Coventry acted on behalf of Pure Offices and are searching for similar sites throughout the Midlands of circa 1 acre.
